Qualified under the Construction Industry Training Board’s, (CITB’s), Site Safety Training Scheme for managers and supervisors, (SMSTS) and (SSSTS), and as a company with chartered building status, your projects are in safe hands.
The Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 (CDM), state where a project involves two or more contractors, a Principal Contractor must be appointed. The regulations also state if a principal contractor is not formally appointed, by default the client assumes that responsibility.
